Everything we do at warmhearted helps to make the world a better place. warmhearted enables charities to provide funding to their members through the ease and convenience of prepaid cards. As a warmhearted partner, not only do you have exclusive access to these funding streams but have a wonderful opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of women living with breast cancer.

Warmhearted Partner Plan

4.62/week includes a number of special things when you join the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ physiotherapy funding initiative:

  1. Increased Sales for you - Exclusive access to a sizable Breast Cancer Foundation funding pool each year, specifically earmarked for physiotherapy.
  2. An increased customer base for you - Through direct referrals from your local GP, PHO's and other health professionals.
  3. Great marketing for you - With your listing on the BCFNZ website, as well as raised awareness through regular BCFNZ web campaigns, mailouts, magazine and webinars.
  4. Improved cash flow - Prepaid card transaction payments arranged the next day and paid direct to your bank account.
  5. Reduced Administration - Customer prepaid card payments eliminate the need to invoice to BCFNZ each month.
  6. An Online Portal - For you to view the transaction history for your client and your clinic and check card balances.
  7. Exceptional customer service - Our team is always on hand to answer any queries you have and we respond to all prepaid card queries the same day.

How it works

BCFNZ distributes funding onto their members' cards via warmhearted. Members use their Pink Ribbon Card as payment for physiotherapy provided by you, as a preferred partner. warmhearted receives notification of a Pink Ribbon Card transaction and arranges payment to your bank account.

The Next Step...

To become a Warmhearted partner, simply email [email protected] to start the onboarding process. You will be ready to receive your first BCF prepaid card client typically within 7 working days from receipt of your registration details.

BCFNZ Pink Ribbon Cards can only be used with eftPOS machines at this stage. If you do not have eftPOS, an online portal is provided at no cost to enable manual payments.
